I first heard of these drummers from a Sweet Friend's September cell phone call who now lives in Florida, I listened in as they played, wished I could be there .. I found their web site ti drums, Then I found them on a warm Sunday November evening on Treasure Island Beach while I traveled Florida.

Above Timbo takes photos while they set up for the weekly drum circle. I played African Bells moving, dancing with their rhythms.

As the night grew later they came one and 2 at a time, by 8 p.m. they had
near 20 drummers and about 25 listeners and 5 dancers at this session.

"With her bare foot, a slender, dark-hired woman draws a wide circle in the sand. A rainbow kite loops overhead. Three sailboats and a cruise ship slide along the horizon. The grapefruit sun starts slipping into the gulf."
